Whether this is your first time or you’re an existing patient at Martha’s Open Hands, we are glad you're here taking the first step in creating a healthy and happy tomorrow.

**If you are a NEW patient for Therapy or Medication Management, please schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation prior to requesting an appointment. At that time, your needs and services offered are discussed. Thereafter, an intake is scheduled for 60 or 90 minutes once decided that care will be established.

Medication Management

Tele-health or in-person, this time will be spent evaluating your physical and mental health to provide medication to alleviate mental health symptoms. This does not include talk therapy.

* In order to prescribe a stimulant medication, Martha’s Open Hands needs a copy of your prior diagnostic testing or a letter from your previous clinic reassuring diagnosis. *

Psychotherapy

Tele-health or in-person. We tailor our therapy sessions to meet your unique needs, goals, and preferences. 38-58+ mins.

Pet Letter

Tele-health. Having a Pet Letter can significantly enhance your quality of life by allowing you to keep your beloved animal companion by your side, providing comfort and emotional support when you need it the most. 30 mins.

* Please be advised that your pet must be visibly present during the entire visit. This policy ensures accurate assessment and personalized care.

Consulting for Success

Medical Practice Set Up Package Consultation: *First 30 mins Free, thereafter, 60-120 mins.

Coaching Sessions

Online or in-person, this session will help you with what you care most about and develop a plan to achieve personal and professional goals. 50 -120 mins.

Medical Cannabis Certification

In-person only, this session provides Medical Marijuana Certification* 1 hour Session Requirement. 60 mins.

Medication-Assisted Treatment

Our medical professionals prescribe safe and FDA-approved medications, closely monitoring their effects to ensure your safety and progress.

Ongoing Support and Monitoring

Your progress matters to us. Throughout your weight loss journey, you'll receive continuous support and monitoring. We'll schedule regular follow-up appointments to track your progress, make necessary adjustments to your plan, and address any concerns you might have. What to Expect from Martha's Open Hands Weight Loss Program

During your medical weight loss journey, you can expect to lose about 2-3 pounds weekly, and in some cases, even up to 5 pounds. Our team is here to support you, whether you need adjustments to your meal plan or help with managing an ideal weight long-term.

Initial visit, than follow-up visits are determined by treatment plan.

Cost:

$600-8 weeks plan for non-oral medications.
$100-Each visit for oral medications.

Labs:

For Wegovy, Ozempic, and Saxenda, we recommend some basic labs (CMP, CBC, TSH, FLP). If you have done labs within the last year, we can accept those.
